These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QR Genie by Rapido Connect LLC (“QR Genie”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our online QR code generator, instant downloading tools, and related web utilities. By generating, downloading, or utilizing QR codes through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. General terms of service

QR Genie provides free and accessible tools to generate and download customized QR codes for URLs, text, contact information, Wi-Fi credentials, and other compatible data formats. You agree to use our platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You agree to provide accurate destination links, text, or data inputs when generating your QR codes.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the content, links, or destinations encoded within your QR codes comply with all applicable local and international laws.
• We reserve the right to restrict or block access to our generation tools if we detect automated scraping, system abuse, fraudulent activity, or malicious link embedding.

2. Service availability and generation

QR codes are generated instantly through browser-based processing or our server utilities based on the parameters you input.

• While we strive for continuous uptime, QR Genie does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the generator tool during maintenance or unexpected network interruptions.
• Users are solely responsible for testing and scanning generated QR codes prior to commercial printing, publishing, or mass distribution.
• QR Genie is not liable for misdirected traffic or scanning failures resulting from invalid destination URLs or improper sizing/contrast in printed materials.

3. Intellectual property & usage rights

The QR codes you generate using our tool point to your chosen destinations and belong to you for personal or commercial use.

• The underlying generator software, user interface design, branding, and platform code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rapido Connect LLC.
• You are free to download and utilize your generated QR code graphics across marketing materials, packaging, signage, and digital media without attribution restrictions.

4. Prohibited content and activities

You may not use QR Genie to generate codes that link to or promote illegal, harmful, or deceptive material.

• Encoding links that lead to malware, phishing scams, fraudulent services, explicit adult content, or hate speech is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to overload, hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the QR Genie web application or its underlying infrastructure is forbidden.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Genie by Rapido Connect LLC is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our generator.
• Loss of business opportunities, marketing campaign failures, or reputation harm resulting from broken links or faulty QR code scans.
• Third-party service outages or broken destination web pages linked within your generated QR codes.

6. Updates to terms

QR Genie may revise these Terms at any time. Continued utilization of our QR code generation tools following updates constitutes formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
